Refunds or Exchanges: Although this was a difficult decision, our customer safety is among our top priority. With this being said, due to the pandemic we are not excepting returns and therefore will not be issuing refunds or exchanges.
If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one!
Cancellations: Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to production. This is to ensure that we get your product ready and shipped out as quickly as possible. Therefore once you have placed your order, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
